My approach

My goal is to help clients reach and maintain a pain-free life!

I have a diverse background in different styles of massage specializing in Therapeutic massage, Thai massage, and Myofascial Release.

In my sessions, I use a blend of different techniques to personalize each session to meet the client’s needs. At the start of the session, I like to conduct a brief consultation with clients to discuss specific areas of the body they would like addressed. In addition, we evaluate the goals they would like to achieve through our work and address any concerns. I am able to identify and address the client’s trouble areas directly and the surrounding areas that are causing the initial problem(s). At the session's close, I provide clients with self-care tips that can help them work towards addressing the roots of their problem areas at home, and in between sessions.

About me!

I was first drawn to massage because it’s something I’ve always enjoyed personally and have found beneficial for overall well-being. This, along with having a passion for helping others, sparked my interest in signing up for massage school. I graduated from Cortiva Institute in Chicago in 2011. Thereafter, I’ve pursued taking various continuing education courses throughout the years. Having completed over 300 hours of additional massage training, these courses have allowed me to expand my knowledge in the vast topic of massage, which has introduced me to a variety of techniques that I now apply in my sessions. Upon moving to Boston in 2018, I discovered Thai massage and first began learning Traditional Thai massage combined with a Neuromuscular approach. In addition, at the beginning of 2022, I went to Thailand to further expand my knowledge where I took 5 weeks of Thai massage courses from different instructors. Applying my skills and knowledge helps my clients feel like their best selves. Since moving to the East Coast, I have grown and learned a lot; Not only about massage but about life and people in general. One of my greatest drives in life is to continue learning. As I move through this wonderful career and am able to apply the knowledge I acquired over the years, this will allow me to help you feel your best.
